The Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall<\/b> (BMICH<\/b>), (Sinhalese<\/a>: \u0db6\u0dab\u0dca\u0da9\u0dcf\u0dbb\u0db1\u0dcf\u0dba\u0d9a \u0da2\u0dcf\u0dad\u0dca\u200d\u0dba\u0dcf\u0db1\u0dca\u0dad\u0dbb \u0dc3\u0db8\u0dca\u0db8\u0db1\u0dca\u0dad\u0dca\u200d\u0dbb\u0dab \u0dc1\u0dcf\u0dbd\u0dcf\u0dc0<\/span>) is a convention center<\/a> located in Colombo<\/a>, Sri Lanka<\/a>.<\/p>\n The BMICH premises has over 1,500 square metres (16,000\u00a0sq\u00a0ft) of floorspace, and is located in the Cinnamon Gardens<\/a> area of Colombo<\/a>. An up-to-date library with volumes of literature on almost all subjects is available for the use of research for delegates visiting the BMICH. To facilitate with banking needs, a bank is located near the main hall.<\/p>\n Due to the high-profile events taking place within the venue the Sri Lanka Police<\/a> maintains a permanent detachment and the Mount Lavinia Hotel<\/a> has a restaurant.
